We offer a few different size containers depending on your needs. 10 cubic yard containers which are for small cleanouts or renovations. 20 and 30 cubic yard container which are usually for bigger renovation jobs or major roofing repairs or replacement. 40 cubic yard container which are for lighter materials like office / house furniture, or yard waste. The easiest is to call us and we will assist you in figuring out the best size container for your project.
- 10yd container (10'long x 8'wide x 4'high) (Approximately 4 pickup truck loads)
- 20yd container (20'long x 8'wide x 4'high) (Approximately 7 pickup truck loads)
- 30yd container (20'long x 8'wide x 6'high) (Approximately 10 pickup truck loads)
- 40yd container (20'long x 8'wide x 8'high) (Approximately 13 pickup truck loads)
- Compactors: many sizes of self contained or detachable compactors are available. Call for more details
In addition to the length of the container you need to allow for an additional 35 to 50 feet for the length of the truck.
We can supply a smaller 6 yard container for light small cleanups - 6yd container (6'long x 6'wide 4'high). (No dirt, concrete, tile, or heavy inert material.)
Depending on your needs and length of project this could vary from overnight to a number of weeks. This will be discussed in detail when the order is placed.
No. We can discuss the location, or you can mark the area you would like the container placed. We are not responsible for where the container is placed or where the truck travels. All we need is a telephone number in case of any problems at the time of the drop off.
Any kind of construction trash and household trash which includes wood, metal, cardboard, couches, chairs, yard/tree debris, drywall, carpet etc. Heavy materials like dirt, concrete, and heavy roofing tiles are limited to a ten or twenty yard container due to FDOT regulations on carrying overweight containers.
We delivery it only to our own Material Recovery Facility (MRF) or other facilities that we have long term relationships with. They are mandated by the state of Florida 75% recycling goals passed in 2010 stating that all construction materials that must be processed at a facility prior to landfill disposal.
On the side of the containers you will see a maximum load sticker. Over filling will not allow us to tarp the containers, and also cause debris to fall off the side of the containers. It is also against the FDOT regulations on carrying overloaded dumpsters.
Tires, batteries, chemicals, paints, hazardous materials, gas or propane tanks, and mechanical parts with gas or oil still in them.
We accept cash or credit card (Visa and MasterCard.) Payment is due upon delivery of container.
We will schedule a pickup time with you on the phone when you order the containers. If you need some extra time with the containers make sure to call us with at least 24hr notice.

Even though some areas may be under an exclusive franchised agreement for solid waste disposal with one private hauler, you still may have another company service your Recovered Materials which is your recyclables. We are a licensed hauler to service any recovered materials you may have.
